			The Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development have chosen IRISSYS^®. Within the performance and financing agreement between government and the Deutsche Bahn AG (annual budget 2.75 billion Euro) it was decided that the Deutsche Bahn AG has to deliver comprehensive information about the condition of the railway infrastructure to the German government. In the currently undersigned contract, the ERDMANN-Softwaregesellschaft mbH has the order for maintaining all inspection data, providing analyses, consulting and data hosting for the federal ministry. In addition own inspections were carried out (5.000 km of track) and compared with the data from the DB Netz AG. The deployment of IRISSYS^® enables the government to have real transparent overview of the condition of the railway infrastructure in Germany.
